I already had a trip scheduled back to my country of origin for the morning of December 7th, and I was constantly on my way to the building's reception desk until December 6th, during the hours when the receiving department of the condominium where I was staying was operating, and until that date they had received nothing. I never even tried your product. I paid and received nothing. I tell you that I have never been so poorly served and so badly treated as a consumer. What can I say to you? I probably threw my dollars in the trash, as I no longer have contact with the place where I rented, and they would never bother to send me anything or even notify me, as they have no obligation to do so since, from the 7th onwards, I was no longer a resident of the place.
