Product is fine. Service horrendous.
"Product is fine. Service horrendous. Ordered two pair and was notified shortly thereafter that the item was on back order. No update provided for 2 weeks at which time I called customer service and cancelled the order. The cancellation was not honored or processed. Two weeks later one of the two that were originally ordered arrived. With no information on the second pair. A week later they notified me that the second pair was still back ordered and wouldn’t be delivered until late June. Disappointed with the entire handling of the matter and will take my business elsewhere."
